During this business course, you will work on a controlled auction where you will work as a lawyer for a potential buyer. It is up to you to get the best result for your client. You will be confronted with the legal aspects of competitive bidding and financing, as well as with demanding clients, tough negotiations and problems that will need immediate resolutions.
